In ancient Egypt, the setting sun entered the Duat—the symbolic underworld journey traveled each night between sunset and sunrise.
The Duat wasn’t a place of punishment.
It was a place of transformation.
A place where the dead learned how to live.
A place where what had been scattered could become whole again.
A place to reclaim what has always been yours.
One Long Night
In the ancient Egyptian imagination, the Night Boat traveled through the twelve symbolic hours of the Duat between sunset and sunrise.
Over the first six weeks, we travel through those twelve symbolic hours together—two hours each gathering.
The journey doesn't pause when our weekly circles end.
It continues in your dreams.
In your relationships.
In the quiet moments between meetings.
In the unexpected moments of everyday life.
The Night Boat isn't six separate nights.
It's one long night that unfolds over six weeks.
Throughout the voyage, we move through release, symbolic death, re-membering, reclaiming, regeneration, and rebirth.
On the seventh week, we gather at the eastern horizon to welcome the dawn, harvest the gifts of the journey, and consider how we’ll carry them into our lives.

If you're unable to join us live, you'll receive a recording so you can revisit the journey in your own time.
While watching a recording isn't quite the same as being in the live circle, the Night Boat welcomes you back whenever you're able to return.
Remember—the work isn't limited to our time together.
It unfolds in the days between our gatherings, too.

While my background includes professional coaching, Virgin Sacrifice isn't designed around coaching techniques or goal setting.
I won't give you a step-by-step plan or tell you what your next move should be.
It's an initiation.
A symbolic journey.
Instead, I'll offer ritual, symbolic journeys, reflection, thoughtful questions, and a well-held space where you can listen more deeply to yourself—and discover your own way forward.
